Ebb/flow systems are the most frequent used cultivation system for plant production in a modern greenhouse. For ornamental plants and vegetable young plants raising too.
An ebb/flow system is a closed irrigation system. The fertilized irrigation water is pumped out on the trays, by which the cultivation starts soaking up the water and the added fertilizer. After a certain time the trays are emptied again and the remaining water runs back into a central collection tank.
It can then as needed be filtered, treated and added more clean water and fertilizer till the mixture again has the desired composition before the next watering is done.
Ebb/flow systems holds a number of advantages, i.e.:

Before re-use the water can be filtered and treated. After treatment by filtering or UV disinfection, the water can be re-used again by adding the required amount of fertilizers.

Four sided 'one piece' trays
Rolling bench trays
We produce a large amount of various ebb/flow trays for rolling benches.
The rolling bench trays are delivered in a great variety of different widths. The tray length is normally not recommended to exceed 20 meters. If longer benches are the case, it is recommended to split up the ebb/flow trays in to 2 or more pieces, so the length on one single together-glued unit does not exceed 20 meter.
